I haven't gone off topic at all. All I've been talking about is AMD VS. Imagination Tech debate. Which pretains to OEM GPUs.

@Hirosuke. It would have to depend on the timing as well as the budget, Sony has already lost $10 billion on PS3, businesswise, they can't risk bankrupting thier entire SCEI division. Launching a PS3 successor in 2012 is a terrible idea and anyone who believes these wishful thinking rumors is just stupid. Sony has insisted that they have no plans to launch a successor next year and keep adamantly claiming that it wouldn't be expected until 2014. Are these people calling Sony a liar. When has Sony ever lied about thier business structure?Never.

Also since there's NO SUCH THING as a "PS4", all indications are that the successor would likely be called "PS" something, remember Sony has always had the trademark for its "Playstation" game systems at least several years in advance of its release. The original Playstation trademark was filed and documented in 1992, PS2 was filed in 1997 and PS3's trademark was filed way back in 1999! There is no "Playstation 4" trademark.

SystemSP is the motherboard CPU that powers the Lindbergh. It would have also been the COSMIC SMASH's main mircoprocessor.
