Those custom clear shells and most paint modd'ers don't include this. The modder would have to go quite a bit above and beyond to make that stencil/sticker for the system.
It wouldn't be too hard to make a little Sega stencil. There would be parts that wouldn't look right, but it could be done. The major giveaway I'd look for is the "Compatible with Windows CE" thing.

you know macabre if you came out to Colorado i was planning on opening my own gaming place, maybey something like in the movie hackers where cyberpunks can hang out

You didn't need to be that brutal, he is after all just a reselling merchant :D He even claimed in the original description that he searched for info about the system and didn't know anything about it.

I recently tried the buy-sell video game thing using eBay as a starter place to make a mock up standard of what it might be like to live off of of sales of used video games. You have to rely on pure luck to get a decent income.

I still like the idea of opening up my own game shop although... Oh I'll dream for ever.
