I have never seen atomiswave live, much less played, so your question is not at the right place

@Megavolt85 i can confirm that even know the patch for log 3 works
it causes a freeze on the Final log, freezes are random mines was at the
beginning of the Final log but they do happen. (Redream)

Completed Dolphin Blue on GDEmu. So at least we know it is beatable now. Will wait patiently for a stage 3 fix that allows us to fight the boss.

Can confirm on the skipping of half the 3rd stage, though I have to report that it froze up on me randomly after completing the 4th stage and I was unable to continue. I'll try another playthrough soon to see if I can get by it, but it seems like the game is beatable now which is honestly great despite it missing half of the 3rd stage.

I've never defragged solid state media, but, I'll defer to your judgement on this. If it helps, I'm down to give it a shot, thanks.
Did you test it? :)

Megavolt you're my favorite person. Thank you so much. You know, I recently (couple of months) started playing MAME again (don't ask me why I hadn't done so since 2003), and I eventually hit the roadblock of not being able to play NAOMI/Atomiswave games. I eventually got to DC ports and PS2 ports, but some games were never ported. Dolphin Blue is just gorgeous and I can now play it thanks to you! Cheers mate!

Okay, glad I'm not the only one. Are you also on a 5.15 GDEmu Clone?
