Hi, i have just ordered a GDEMU and now i preparing the microSD.
I followed this tutorial
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ah0hEvz5Pbg&t=176s and the official guide
https://github.com/mrneo240/GDMENUCardM ... structions. They are the same, but the official guide says that i have to extract the openemu pack where i extracted the GDMENUCardManager; the youtube guide says to extract it exactly here: GD Menu Card Manager\tools\menu_data
I think that both are correct.
I added all my .gdi games with GDMENU Card manager in this way:

Now i have to add my .cdi games, but some of them (it seems ONLY the NG-DEV Team games) even if they are uploaded, theit title isnt visible:
I added DUX 1.5 (#23), Fast Striker (#26), Gunlord (#30), Neo XYZ (#32)

How can i solve this issue?
I tried to loaded additional .cdi games like Power Stone 2, Sturmwind, Mortal Kombat Gold, Shikigami No Shiro 2, Super Street Fighter 2 and they are correctly detected.
thank you!

Interesting. If you're on windows can you find a piece of software called "ipwriter.exe" and then save the ip.bin from it and share it to me? That is one of the games specifically fixed because it does overlap so it's odd it's happening for you.
Thanks for the feedback!

Hello!
If you could do the same as the above post I can try and investigate what they have done with their headers.
Also of Note, it may not be explicitly clear but you can click the names and edit them as you please

everything is very simple here, do not use the CDI version

my instinct tells me that a person is using a pirated copy, if this is really so, then there is no point in solving this problem, most of the pirated copies were rebuilt with a non-native IP.BIN

1) well how can i provide you the info needed? Yes ,i noticed that i can put by myself the title, but I belived that if the title is missing, it means that the game will not work properly...
2) If i want to delete and try again to upload the game, i simply have to manually delete the game folder (for example #23) from the microSD and then upload it again?

3) Last question: i followed the guide i linked above so you can see in the picture above my current microSD configuration. I have also created the folder on my pc with GD Emu Card Manager and i used it to upload all the games. Today I also updated the file related to the alpha 3 just released. But i don't understand how can my Dreamcast load the OpenEmu with covers as both the OpenEmu and covers aren't present in my microSD...in my microsd i only have the game folders...nothing else...the GD Emu Card manager with all the needed files (openemu, DAT,...) is present only in my pc...
thank you very much for your help. I'm sorry for all my questions but i'm a newbie..

He's already solved this problem, when he releases the version that allows us to add our own box art and meta. Sadly the unreleased games share this issue, they also use non-native IP.BINs. Half-Life uses Crazy Taxi for example...No biggie, looks and works amazing as is but sounds like it will be all fixable soon. Metal Slug 6 shows up correct for me btw.

Open menu copies itself to the 01 folder, all of that data boxart etc are in the game files aka the .gdi/tracks in that folder...To the Dreamcast OpenMenu is a game, this game just happens to be a menu that links to other games that will boot when clicked on.

that's why I say that this problem does not need to be solved on the side of the menu, this problem should be solved by editing the image
