[Post of the night] - The new version of the Titan IDE is online. In fact this is not a new version, but a package of updates fixing several bugs, and bringing some improvements to the old templates. That's why the name Titan IDE 0.4+.

For those who don't know the project, this is a tool that I have been developing in my spare time since 2016. With this you can build a game for the Dreamcast and also for PC(Windows / Linux).

The project is not dead This is a prototype for the RPG template that will come with Titan IDE 0.5! Still a very early prototype, a lot of work need to be done.

I've uploaded the Titan IDE version 0.5. To celebrate we achieved the version 0.5, I will launch a series of tutorials explaining how to use the tool and how to create your own own games.

Part 1 - Installing and testing our first template in the Dreamcast emulator.

- Choose the templates inside the tool.
- Export images in the correct extension without needing an external converter.
- Compiling the chosen template inside the tool itself, without having to use the command line.
- New template to create a RPG game (Very simple with the collisions).

Thanks a lot, right now I'm working on the version 0.6, The new layout is done and I also have reduced the installer size in half.

When I released the first version of Titan IDE on April 22, 2017, I cound’t have thought I’d get this far. The tool that was born to make easier the development of my projects was open to the public and today it gets to the version 0.6.

The 0.6 version has a new interface and a much smaller installer (700 MB). In addition all the features of previous versions have been maintained and improved. 5 templates being 2 platform, 2 ShumUps and 1 RPG comes together with the graphical interface to facilitate the development of games for Dreamcast and PC.

The development of the tool will continue but now at a slower pace. I will use all my energy to focus on developing my game Survival Code for the Sega Saturn, Dreamcast and Mobile.
