Always I use Sony CD-R and I have not got any problem yet and all my cd work correctly

Did you try the region patch fix for PBA bowling? mistamontiel posted it above.
I do not know how to work with this patch

I've never burned outrigger. But PBA bowling works for me on verbatim discs. I usually have luck with sony discs well

Anyone still have Monaco Grand Prix racing simulator 2 in cdi format. The download link in this thread is no longer working.
