I had that issue as well on a few I downloaded. I deleted them thinking I was doing something wrong.

No they was running out of memory not tested on real hardware.. If they not boot i fix them to work from a cdr etc.. they was using my update dreambor..

He told me he did not have a working dreamcast to test them..
