I connected ago few minutes and is working. Maybe was down before.

Hey, good races the last week! I was last on every race but was so funny! You guys are masters of this game!

I enjoyed a lot watching the replays and that level of driving.

Yes the servers are having issues today. We were able to race in all tracks expect for Suzuka though.

because you have to allow for modem latency (56k or 33.6K)

You join the server waiting list after you select your driving mode (Novice/Intermediate). The game only contacts the game server at this point.
