Test with the ROMs without zip extracted to each ROM's folder.
Or ask Megavolts for help to change the MAME4all.bin directory to load the IDE files.

MAME4ALL has a old known problem in IDE HDD, but it is curius that some collections works fine but some others has this issue. I am testing it with different versions. In other forums some developers wrote that 90s games is the drama, but mame4all has 3 menus compatible with those. it is not the mame4all itself...
