Alright so after receiving some votes I have changed the game rules to Last Man Standing. See the updated rules below.
pcwzrd13 wrote:The competition will consist of five rounds and we will be playing Last Man Standing. The player in last place on each round will be eliminated until we have our winner. The top three players will earn Dreamcast Live achievements worth 10, 20, and 30 points each.
The last player to sign up for the competition, Impulse, will sit out the first round and will replace the player that comes in last place. We will continue with the normal Last Man Standing rules after that until we have out winner. Note that the real "first" round will be a practice round to make sure everything everything is working correctly (nobody has connection lag and everyone can connect). So technically there will be six rounds total.

sounds good. Question, if we are just sat looking at the list of matches and we find the relevant match there's no way of telling who's in it at the time is there? It just shows you how many people are playing, right? I haven't used Quake online in ages!!

bloody keyboard and mouse!! Sigh, looks like I'm going to have to come over to the dark side if I am to get anywhere. I play controller only, I hate pc gaming for console games, ie: 3rd person or 1st person, only games I enjoy on pc are RTS or stratergies or racing, CAN'T STAND USING kb and mouse for shooters! But if that's what I have to do to get some kills then that's what I will do!!
