I am surprised how smooth is gameplay. Yes it is hard but challenging due quick loading and exciting gameplay. I dont know if there is any saving or password system, have anyone finished a first level?
I won't have time to test this out for a while but shit this is cool!

Can't someone (mr. Jones) as them if they don't want to release hard copies (be it in a small quantity or solething), if they can't do it themselves, I'm pretty sure Redspot or Hucast is willing to help a hand.

I have no problems asking. Keep in mind however, that this is an unofficial release. It hasn't been fully tested. You've basically been given a beta of a complete game. It hasn't cost them anything (besides time) to release this to Dreamcast fans. Going though the process to distribute a verified bug free game with artwork, manual and a pressed disc changes that.

Obviously I know all that, but what I mean is, maybe they just handed it out for free coz they don't know that the DC is still so much alive and kicking and they console still has a few games released for it every year. And this does not like something half assed so imho it really deserves a proper release. As for the beta thing, I'm pretty sure a lot of us are willing to test it further, etc for a release.
Maybe you should link the guy you got it from to this topic so he can elaborate?
