It is an antivirus and apparently the bleemcast software is causing an error in the Matrix, so it comes here in search of information to, finally, capture the malicious software and fix the matrix bug.

No offense as its been a while since I thoroughly browsed this particular thread, I honestly thought this banter was about a breakthrough regarding unlocking retail bleem functionality for other PSX games and so on. I did not know this was more along the lines of 'how far one man will go to learn the truth!'
