16 bit pal game working on on 3 max 20fps for them..
menu return on all 3

I did a fast test of using frameskip on 16 bit pal games this keeps frames smaller and less jerky..
Working on this since no possible normal speed up cpu bound..
I would rather people did not use 16bit pal as you can not get 60fps super smooth
version which keeps the skipped frames close together and not skipped by stalling the cpu
to wait for the next cycle..
It's notice-able and lot better then normal max out stall random skipping when hitting 100% cpu use..
Let me know if you like this for those games..
60fps is for 8bit pal games only..
