I am "comparing notes" and I am currently reviewing your video. I will note that I used PW3.0 and I put the "1" in the wrong place (I put it in the area code area...I can't believe I did that!
I will review, make changes and post my results, together, we will get this going! I still thank SyntexError for putting this together.

yeah i think we need to see pictures of his reg etc.. mostly because when i was scanning my registry there are files like Voice to data answer voice answer etc.. i wonder if you edit those registry's instead if it would work. also i noticed that all of my registry for my voice modem did not have cap letters in it. while the edits i made does, i wonder if that affects anything?

Ok, I have the answer to some things I saw in the video.
1. In the "Registry Edit" portion, that should be:
Once that is open you will see a lot of modem binary strings. What you want to do here is to add a new binary. This is simple just right click, go to "binary" value and add it. Once it is added do the following: name it <h10>s Once it is named, right click on it, go to Modify binary. Put this into the value data box: 08 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 Press ok and it is done.
You should not see a square. If you see a square, you made a string, not a binary. It is a binary, not a string that you create.
2. Windows Config section, near the end there is a section that reads:
Second option is TCP/IP address assignment, check the specify TCP/IP address enter this into the From and To boxes From:192.168.1.1 To:192.168.1.2...
Those IP addresses should not be out of the range of your router. I noted the differences between your IP settings (DNS1 & DNS2) and your Windows Config entry. I will be changing this portion of my registry tonight when the kiddies are sleeping. I do believe I still need to hunt around for a voice modem being it seems this is the only hardware that I am having problems with. I'll keep you posted.

Yeah i purposly put down new string file because thats what the guide said, but i did change it like i said before i posted the videos. as for the ip addresses what do you mean? just ad some dots at the end instead of just leaving it?
