Just tested this using the broadband adapter portal. I didn't test all the sites but its safe to say I think all them work
The RaspberryPi-related part of this thread has evolved into a new tool called "BBA Mode for DreamPi", which you can see below:

In this topic, only the part related to the standalone Dreamcast Now for Virtual Machine is still relevant, as well as the part that explains the compatibility of this VM with external serial modems.
