Re: Video2DreamcastDisc Release - Automatically Convert ANY Media File To An Auto-Playing Sega Dreamcast Disc

Best regards, I am creating a resident evil 3 mod, I already have everything ready, but the creation of SFD video simply does not work for me. I followed the instructions mentioned in some messages from ase 2 years ago that dealt with this topic, but I can't get the gdi to stop. The gdi freezes, it starts correctly but when I start the video of the beginning of the game I get a black screen. I would appreciate any help

Best regards megavol85 I work on a machine with win 11 do you think it is due to the fact that it is not possible to encode the sfd correctly yesterday I tried with the sega video creator, but the program is very obsolete due to its age

After working with several programs I have not been able to solve the fact that the sfd files do not play in the gdi, only a black screen and before entering the sfd files I tried them transformed, they all play with sfd player, the truth is that it did not progress with my mod, I only need to transform the sfd videos but I will have to stop until someone tells me what is wrong in this case with everyone thanks for responding

Could you give me a hand and transform the videos into SFD since I don't know Linux, I would appreciate it a million times.

You can accomplish this on Windows. For example you can use video editing software like TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress to save the SFD as video only .M1V (VBR constant quality), and the audio as a WAV. Once you do that you can-

1) convert the WAV to ADX with ADXENCD

2) convert the ADX to SFA with ADXConverter

3) FInally, wIth the M1V and SFA file, merge them together with SFDMUX to create your new SFD
