I think you misunderstood me.

I want some one to make a hacked version of Shenmue I that features Japanese audio, from the Japanese version, but to ALSO contain English subtitles.

So, the build would be based on the European version, as that would be more convenient to have floating around the internet since there is no American version of Shenmue II for the Dreamcast.

Think of the reverse of what was done Shenmue II. Some one ripped the English audio of the XBox version and implanted it into the European Dreamcast build. Thus eliminating the Japanese audio.

I want to do the same thing, but for Shenmue I and created the exact opposite vocal effect.

o so you basicly want it to its original without any bad dubz. im sure smith could make that no problem or even tux the wise. i think that could be pretty cool but i like meh dubs so ill keep the 99 min release of 2

I've had several people try but thus far no luck, the Japanese build contains different code than the other versions so it doesn't perfectly match.

I'll ask him anyway though.

You should think about it tho, it'd be the FIRST UNDUB EVAR on dreamcast. And a shitload of ppl do want it... SO GET YO ASS MOVIN' BIATCH
