press start and give bot orders, you should give a voice command and the bot will reply with "got it".
I am not sure if the bot remains with that command after beeing killed.

Sometimes... Occasionally they will just decide to ignore you altogether. I was just in a game and ordered my teammate to stand where I am...he said roger that and kept running in the opposite direction. A few seconds later he captures a base and then another...ARGHHH!

definitely need to try this again, I tried all your tactics last night such as instructing the ai to stay put, only holding 1 position or none and for some reason I couldn't score over 160!! So I'm gonna go back to how I was doing it but just hold fewer positions, should be able to do it but its very much down to luck I think as both attempts yesterday I barely ran into anyone on my way round and my ai kept getting them all lol

I once tried to make my team bot hold a control point, thing is, you only get points from control points you got, meaning if a bot gets a control point, he will steal points from you.

Best thing is to leave the bot somewhere where he can't do anything besides watching paint dry

yeah I'm trying to find a good place to do that and I think the only one is under that ramp opposite the centre control point. The points you get that come up on the bottom left, there only for kills arent they? or does that include points for taking locations too?

For taking control points you also gain points, but you must take the conttrol points, not the bot.

Yup, that's what you have to do. If the bot takes a control point then you might as well quit and start over. It's basically equivalent to losing a point every 5 seconds.

The score in the bottom left is YOUR personal score which includes both control point captures and kills.

aaah right that's where I went wrong then, I thought that score was only tallying up your kills lol, cool so now I think I know what to do
