You could try setting your PCs dns ip to 46.101.91.123 temporarily to see if that works

The save file has been updated due to an IP change. You can download the new one from http://dc.dreamcastlive.net/downloads.html via a Dreamcast web browser.

Is there a PC version available anymore?

If anyone that used to host the Maximum Pool game PC version would be willing to do it or help me with it I'd gladly help pay for the cost. I miss this game and I know quite a few others that do as well.
