That's totally up to you but there's probably no need. There really aren't many Toy Racer players right now. Mainly because of the fact that it only supports the broadband adapter. There are a couple people working on getting dial-up to work so hopefully that will increase the player-base.

I've got Toy Racer up and running! I haven't played any matches yet, but it should work... if anyone wants to play, let me know! :)

Went out for a bit myself, I'm home now... I can start it up if it's not too late for ya'... I'm excited to play an online match! You can create the game room, and I'll try joining, I was able to create (but not play) a match earlier, probably because there wasn't anyone around to join I'm assuming...

Tried this game again recently. I am trying to connect via BBA, but my console gets stuck at dialing. Did anyone ever figure out why it wont detect some peoples BBA?

I couldn't get Toy Racer to connect with BBA last year when I tried, so gave up. Tried it again yesterday and it connected perfectly to the Dreampipe server, but it couldn't connect to the Dreamcast Live server.

I just learned that it won't connect if running through an Ethernet splitter... I have a 4 port powerline adapter which is filled up, so I got some Ethernet splitters to be able to add a couple more online devices, the weird thing is that I can connect to the internet just fine with the web browser and PSO, but quake III and Toy Racer do not connect when going through the splitter to the powerline adapter. I removed the splitter and have a connection for Toy Racer and Quake again. :)
