pretty much, cos the thing you need from the AtomisWave ramped up in price like crazy because they noticed it can be used on a Dreamcast for a BBA adapter. So kinda useless now. It was good while it lasted, but now it's as expensive to find the AW part you need + the DIY kit + the time, skills and tools to put it all together...

Its not all about the money but availability, now thanks to Xrider it is possible for every DC owner to have a BBA if they want one.

Yes, literally the only thing I miss from my pc-server setups. Oh well. I can still youtube the sound when i feel nostalgic haha.
