I'm in the US, so I prefer my indies with NTSC-U covers, but Japanese is fine too. I don't like the PAL cases because they're wider and they take up more space on the shelf lol

I’m in Europe, and half my library are US games for this reason

Anything that is text heavy or story driven, I obviously want in English, but I also play in RGB, so there’s a few games I keep PAL coz either the US or JPN version don’t support this signal (US Shadow Man & JPN Giga Wing being examples).

yup def a scam cause of the PS5 bit no known exploit exist for one (well released) or sdk like openorbis and 2 i doubt SOny would give official tools to them
