We still have our server which is cross-platform. I actually met Revolution online at the Dreamcast-Talk server a while back.

I patched the exe to connect to dreamcast talk servers.
Unzip the package and place pool.exe into the game directory overwriting pool.exe.
or if you would like to patch it yourself:
Do a find for in your hex editor for coolpool.east.won.net and replace it with dc.dreamcast-talk.com
do the same with coolpool.west.won.net
