Re: Anyone up for some PSO?
Well, thanx for playing gamerkid552, legit.nyck, one other whose name I forgot, Radkin, Spyro & ++Soul++. Unfortunately, Spyro and I FSOD'd when SONIC1994 joined. Quite a bit of activity for a Wednesday.
Regards,

Re: Anyone up for some PSO?
You guys need to start asking before you join games. Please do not join a game just because you want to play. When a character FSOD's they lose all unequipped items (i.e. money, meds, unequipped weapons/mags, grinders, etc.). Which, if you do not have the blue swirl back up disc to retrieve lost items, then said user completely loses what they had.

If you're playing on a CD-R, it's assumed that you will set a password to prevent people from joining when you're not on Pioneer 2. It's understood that open teams can be joined at any time, so if your team is open, players in the lobby are going to assume you're using a GD-ROM or that you're on Pioneer 2.

Re: Anyone up for some PSO?
BlueCrab,
Sorry, unfortunately, Radkin wrote that in 2013. I just used this one because of the title (Anyone up for some PSO?). It is a good point though, BlueCrab, being we do have new players aboard lately. I have also been using the PSO v2 PAL GD-ROM myself via BBA connection to avoid FSOD.
It's been all good so far, thank you.

Re: Anyone up for some PSO?
That's quite a necropost.
I will note that using passwords isn't even necessary for avoiding FSOD anymore if you've updated your disc, so the point is moot in 2015, anyway.
