friends do not need to patch anything, the update is almost ready
1) red blood included
2) auto shooting included
3) fixed a bug leading to freezing (I completed the game on both difficulty levels without freezing)
it remains to pause by pressing the start button

megavolt85, big up for your continued efforts. It's amazing seeing how you managed to get Metal Slug 6 running on Dreamcast. I'm excited to see you further blow our minds with your hard work. Thank you so much for this.

Throwback to 2017 (http://www.thedreamcastjunkyard.co.uk/2 ... vered.html) when a Atomiswave dev kit got sold on eBay and the buyer shared a bunch of information with DCYJ. Interesting; the Dreamcast light gun is recognized by the development kit with the Atomiswave game "Sport Shooting USA". I wonder if/when you ever start looking into the Atomiswave light gun games, if also on a stock Dreamcast the game code will recognize the gun. If I remember correctly (some) of the data of this kit got shared with a few within the Dreamcast scene. This might be a great time for those with data to come forward.

That being said, imagine seeing Chicago 1929 play on Dreamcast...... Besides the data of this game on the bespoke devkit, apparently the rom has been dumped by ShouTime but can't find any binaries anywhere.

That is awesome! Is there a way we could please get X button to be default grenade throw? I think it just feels better when that action is a digital button.

Does anyone know if this will boot with the old serial port SD Adapter?
aka DavidHK on DC games.
