You do know games have been tested if there not included they dont work correctly it's the point of the release I guess over 400 games perfect framerate and sound is not enff ?

Huh, I didn't realize Aladdin was missing. I've played it a lot with my MD emulator on Android. It's a good one from Disney.

I test the emulator on a cdi dreamcast. It's playable. So, for hack games they don't launch automatically. Is it a use with the basic rom ? Launch before the basic rom ? For example for Golden axe redux , how to play ? Launch Golden axe and after Golden axe redux ? What is the Loading menu hack ? And for the other game ?

Hacks have been patched by myself with Lunar IPS over the existing ROMs. I haven't done any testing over a burned CDI, so they could be running into the same watchdog issue or something beyond that. 4.3 of Gens4all should be patched for this, but there's no telling.
That said, I admittedly made the mistake of not testing the hacks on my hardware. I assumed, if the original game works, the hack should. Alien 3 should've convinced me to dig deeper.
Golden Axe III Redux seems to complain about needing PAL/SECAM Mega Drive hardware, which is strange since region lockout was a feature specifically noted in the hack, and the original GA3 has no issue with this lockout as is.
ATP 2022 has strange rendering issues and flat out fails to play.
Sonic 3D Blast Director's Cut has some very minor stuttering, but is otherwise as playable as the original.

I don't really know what the reason is for GA3 Redux failing when it should have bypassed those issues, but issues with any other games running for you may due to either the display solution, or the way you're playing this emulator. Again, I've done no extensive tests with burning the disc, I've also not tested the Dreamshell ISO. I've only used the emulators for checking menus and then on a GDemu for final testing.

- World Championship Soccer (World Cup Italia '90) (PAL) (It is a singular game)

- Virtua Racing

Virtua Racing is a pretty obvious reason for why it's not included - the use of the exclusive SVP chip makes it a hard one to emulate in general. The original Gens doesn't even have SVP support. I'd say a better pursuit may be to try and emulate the Hitachi SH2 processor found in the 32X add-on next, so that we can hopefully add that library, including the better-performing 32X version, to this catalog.

I make no indication that I have good knowledge on the sports titles, I don't even know what the best years in sports were for any of the games, let alone the improvements year-over-year. The most I know is from Sega Lord X covering the entire Madden series on Genesis. Assuming there's only a <Q> on the game, I don't see a reason why some of these games couldn't be included if they don't simply replace what's on the disc. The choices were from personal decision making. If it's a FIFA, I just tested them all to confirm if they worked, then picked one. Same for Madden, and for NBA games, etc.

With regards to Sensible Soccer and International Superstar Soccer Deluxe, they were not tested simply because they... weren't in the 2012 goodset. In an ironic twist, Ronaldinho '98, the PD romhack of International Superstar Soccer Deluxe, WAS included in the goodset, and did make it through testing, so technically you got it! ... I'll fix it for next release.

Correct me if I'm wrong though, information's a bit fuzzy here, but isn't Super Kick-off the North American name for Sensible Soccer? That one is actually included.

As for World Championship Soccer, I genuinely thought it was terrible and Sega themselves released better ones, like the included World Championship Soccer II.

Talking of Virtua Racing, I sadly have no idea about emulation. Don't worry, the compilation looks amazing. Do only what you want of course.
About FIFA's games, I think FIFA 97/98 may be worth because of the addition of a new indoor game mode which is very enjoyable.
With regard to Ronaldinho '98, I didn't know about it and It sounds good for what you say.
Regarding Super Kick-off and Sensible Soccer be the same for what I've found they seem to be different [1], [2].
And finally, as to World Championship Soccer may well be you are right.
