If there is a demand for this, I can do an all new v2.0 post. There was a change as late as today, so I'll wait a few more days to see if things settle down. You're right - video, maps & bgm all changed. The cdi will be quite a bit bigger.

Yes. Not sharing as per the devs request. All the details are on Git and it works fine

Doom 64 v2.0 to test out (Github date: 11-27-2024).

Plain files to make your own personal CDI using BootDreams. Please do not share your CDI online per dev request. Added cover art file courtesy of Dreamquest. This release is a WIP and is not the final release. The copyrighted cartridge dump file of the original title is not included and not needed.

This release does not contain the Lost Levels from Nightdive Studios. Same goes for any future releases. It's available for purchase on Steam.

Changes to graphic output, maps and bgm. (jnmartin)
Added keyboard & mouse support. (thanks megavolt85)
Added dual-stick controller support via usb4maple adapter. (thanks megavolt85)
Fixed mouse movement. (me)

Verified input issues with wired StrikerDC controller making the game unplayable.

Use a supported controller configured to dual-stick mode (Guide + X) via usb4maple adapter. http://usb4maple.wikidot.com/

Map
BACK Button

Attack
RIGHT SHOULDER Button

Use
LEFT SHOULDER Button

Strafe
Left = RIGHT ANALOG STICK LEFT
Right = RIGHT ANALOG STICK RIGHT

Move
Forward = RIGHT ANALOG STICK UP
Back = RIGHT ANALOG STICK DOWN

Best way to play, IMO.

If you don't have a usb4maple adapter, now is a great time to build or buy one. PCWZRD13 sells a nice one.

The dual stick is already included in this version ?

It is, but you need a supported controller & a usb4maple adapter. http://usb4maple.wikidot.com/
