We have had them up in the past no one wanted to play instagib because of the incredible lag on dialup dreamcast 200-400 pings you can't hardly do rail gun on quake with this lag =\ , we tried freeze tag too but with only 4 people 2 people per team isnt very good same for ctf so i switched it to tdm at least

yeah, I figured there was a good reason there wasnt an instagib server already..

I just need to play instagib again tho.. I can coax a couple guys to play on PC for sure so Im not sweating it..

instagib is by far my favorite game type.. Im surprised I did as well as I did in DMs yesterday.. Ive always been terrible at it.. even against bots

I got cable internet late in the game so I spent a good chunk of time instagibbing from dialup on PC Vs. guys who were all on cable ISPs.. I ended up being pretty ok at it.. I think it made me better when I did finally get off dialup and got a decent ping...

for whatever reason it was just the game mode we all fell into as a group back in the day.. (by we I mean the people who were still hanging around the SEGA IRC in between Saturn Netlink and early Dreamcast days..) and Im anxious to play it again..
