They are all finished, except
Sega Rally (No cdda)
Blue Stinger (pending testing)
Resident Evil Code Veronica X "Kazenban" (Almost finished)

Not the case, but have present WinCE games in Dreamshell/RetroDream only works in GDI/GDI-Opt format
