On the back of the box one of the things for me says this:

*Voice: Supports voice mail for systems with a soundcard

Above that it talks about the FAX support.

Now one thing left to do is play Quake III Arena, without a live phone jack, I have read that this can be done with an audio file of a dial tone, and a phone cord that has the ring attached to ground and the tip attached to the left and right audio, cords. I have successfully made this device and have managed to get past the eight seconds and at about one minute it said General Failure, but I have only gotten it to do this twice, so I am at a lost with this one.

yeah you see you have a voice modem cause it gives voice support also if you downloaded that windows 98 se can you send fav links to it xp

Mike I already know. I tries windows 98se and ME. It wont work for me. I used the same guide.

I think it is defiantly possible to do it in Windows XP.

The web browser is actually really nice on the DreamCast, I wish planetweb wasn't down, because I really wanted to use IRC.

EDIT: IRC still works, it turns out they weren't hosting it on their site, it was on the disc, so it still works.

uhh what you mean planet web is down? cant you connect to google using it. in xdp webrowser i use google all the time

No I meant that the PlanetWeb website is down.

You can still use everything else, they shutdown the dreamcast planet website, Dreamcast-talk even has a thing about it here:
