my rasp pi wont connect to wifi OR ethernet anymore

i followed pc's tutorial and everything it just doesnt want to work
my modem no longer shows both lights meaning it isnt even connecting to my dc anymore

help me please!

Do you have your firewall set to allow all traffic?
