Is the Jump Pack working in this version? Cover from the PAL version shows a "yes", NTSC-U doesn't show it.

Yes. Not all games always put every icon for everything which is supported.

There are rare occurrences I think that it doesn't cooperate
One time I had boombas strike me and wasn't rumbling . That was the only time though

Default setting is "Disabled" under the setting options. You will have to "Enable" rumble if you want it.

Torrents last forever as long as at least one person is seeding and at least one of the trackers exists. File upload sites delete big files regularly, which forces somebody to upload the file over and over whenever it gets taken down.
