Widescreen codes not working!

Hello everyone, I've got a problem. Yesterday I found out that there exist widescreen codes for some games. I've tried Sonic Adventure 2 and Crazy Taxi but it didn't work. I don't know what I did wrong. I also checked if the code was for ntsc/u, ntsc/j or pal. For example there were 4 codes for SA2 and I typed them into code breaker and activated them. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

Is it possible they could be game shark/action replay codes instead?
I think there is a thread on assemblergames about it, I'd have to dig it up

Hmm I don't think so. The website says they are working with codebreaker. But maybe I'll try them with cdx. Thank you for your help.

You won't guess what happened. I tried it one more time with codebreaker and.... it fucking works! I did everything the same as yesterday. I don't know why. But I'm happy!!!
