Are there any music creation games (Similar to MTV Music Generation on ps1) for the Dreamcast? I don't remember there being any Western releases. Alternatively are there any homebrew programs for making music?
Similarly, does anyone know which games/demos/homebrew provide visuals when music CDs are inserted? I know of DCPlaya but any others?

Recently discovered this beauty - OTOIRE Sequencer Music Maker.

Full DAW for DC with English language option. You can sequence pre-existing phrases and loops or make your own. Very cool game, its awesome being able to make music using the DC's sound chip!

i have it original and it's a very fun game, they even made the midi cable for it...
