Heyo! I just picked up a Dreamcast to add to my collection of retro consoles mainly to play Sonic and JGR (and see what this VMU thing was all about!) Didn't think I was actually getting such an amazing console with a thriving community! When I found out about Dreamcast online being a thing still I got super stoked and I can't wait to try and get myself online as soon as I can.
As of right now, my planned list of games to get are:
SA1 (got it!)
Skies of Acadia (this too!)
SA2
JGR
Sega GT
Shenmue (eventually)
and, if I can get online working, Phantasy Star Online.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated too!

Make sure you get PSOv2 in either PAL or NTSC/U.

Another great online game is Alien Front Online. If you want something different as a game to play, you can also try Seaman.

If you're into racing game may I also recommend Sega Rally 2, Tokyo Xtreme Racer 1 & 2 as well as Metropolis Street Racer. MSR requires A LOT of patience but once you get into it it's a very rewarding and unique game
