Does anyone have this tool for Downlod?
EXTRA BG MAKER
Allows you to change the bacground image of the DC boot menu from a PVR texture or a PNG/GIF/JPEG image as you like. Note that for a PNG/GIF/JPEG image its size must be one of these:
- 16x16
- 32x32
- 64x64
- 128x128
The best quality/size rate is obtained with a 64x64 image.

I used to like having these added to my system from the ones preloaded on Blue Swirl's VMU Tool. Did you check on that website yet?

also radquake has the changer built in you have to mod that put your own image then save. as speud worked on radquake

I don't know how to use adobe photoshop and my PC will crash a lot with adobo!

Im sorry thast all i have
the other is just the freeware version. one i posted was used in the dev kit by sega. you need an old adobe as well..
you could run a VM and have windowsxp and old adobe in it cant crash your pc. just use virtual box or others. this is not something that can be done easy.

if i dont have it i dont know who still does maybe you get lucky i have over 5 gig of dreamcast dev tools and i dont have the one you asked for sorry I allways used adobe since sega did for pvr
