Metal Slug 3, 4 and 5 help make them work!

there is a forum that made metal slug work on neo4ll_aes i don't understand text below:

Ok, nobody replied, so I suppose that GFX files are NOT roms (they cannot be used without the rom) and I am NOT posting any links to warez/rom sites, so I hope the mods won't ban me. I made a package of GFX dumps and .rc files for Metal slug 3,4,5. Other games in the series run fine, so I did not include anything else in the package. To run Metal Slug 4,5 find roms with the EXACT contents as said in the appropriate .rc file. To get Metal Slug 3 to work find 2 archives - mslug3.zip and mslug3n.zip. The latter one should contain should be no more that 2MB in size and contain two files - 256-ph1.rom and 256-ph2.rom. Move these files into the mslug3.zip and rename mslug3.zip to mslug3n.zip and move it to your roms directory. You're done! Enjoy!

Damn I I only seen another upload still working from that far back in time was a 2008 link. Interesting to see the upload date and know this was there for 10 years!

I don;t see this as being too possible, but I am always happy to be wrong in cases like this! I love the Metal Slug games very much. I played Metal Slug on Dreamcast a lot from the Neo Geo CD version. Would be great to see the AES ones working.

Haha good ol RH so funny cuz when I was dabbling in arcade emulation RH always give archive that wasn't playable not enough goods inside always was up to ROMNation

The grafix problem is because there protected why the other guy had the gfx dump. but aes4all does not support loading gfx it's great you showed it's running .. it might take porting some of the code from the pc version back to aes4all

Defective gfx roms, just use another rom that goes into the emulator bios but freezes ... Gives dark screen.
