You put the NEOGEO img in folder 02? Or do I need to convert to CDI?

put IMG, CCD and SUB
conversion to CDI don't work for NEOGEO image

Cant get it to work =(
Whats wrong with following structure:
Folder / What
01 Gdemu meny standard folder
02 NEO4ALL.cdi
03 Random game (ex Neo Turfmasters containg disc.ccd disc.img disc.sub)
When i start the Neo4all emulator (starts just fine) i am unable to see anything in the "choose game meny" , not even a "file structure" only a blank screen.
I also tried to put the "random neo geo game folder" directly under(in) the emulator folder
