Writing the Dreampi.img to card

I've formatted the card. I've tried Win32 and Etcher to write the image, and every time I my memory is split into F (41mb) and G (1.4gb) but it's a 16 gb card. Then when it's done, it says I need to format to use it every time. Can anyone please help me out?

you need to insert the card on a raspberry, not on a pc
