It seems that NEOGEO's development tools have been released. NEOGEO has never touched it so I don't know in detail 68K 12MHz, Z80 4MHz, 380 sprites 4096 colors 256 palettes? The sound source is YM2610 luxury specification. There seems to be a person who already makes a simple game. Can you read the documentation?
