AERO FIGHTERS 2 NEOGEO CD SDL[SB][1.2][SE][OC] 100% SPEED FIX with video

Hi, i promised i would fix this now here it is 
About as perfect as you could want
Fixes over old version
-- Correct cd audio order
-- Helicopter blades now spin
-- transparencies now work
-- 100% fullspeed 60fps smooth
-- Bi linear filter
-- All sounds now work SFX
-- Upgraded cz80 now using better version from neoraine
--Bios modes now correct for screen modes
-- sound correct when loading pauses and restarts
Features better then the real NEOGEO CD console
-- Virtually no slow down
-- faster loading times
--Over clock speed allowing smooth scrolling
--Hold start at the splash screen can select jap version
The jerk in the scrolling is not there on a real dreamcast my 30fps dvd capture does wierd things to capturing 60fps when it scrolls up i dont know why anyway try it on an emulator or real machine to see how it really runs this is all i have for capture dont want go back to cell phone
