Help burning games

Hello!
I'm new to Dreamcast modding and I have no idea how to burn DC games.
I've tried reading some guides, but none of them seems to be helping.
My main problem is that the game I've downloaded (Sonic Adventure 2 PAL version) isn't a single GDI file, but is split into different files.
How can I burn these into a CD? I have no idea of what I should do.
Detailed help would be lovely.

GDI is a license disc image and cannot be written to a regular CD

you can run GDI on real hardware only by optical drive emulator (GDEMU, USB-GDROM) or HDD mod

I can't seem to find a CDI Sonic Adventure 2 PAL file.
What should I do? I feel lost.

I don't think there is SA2 PAL CDI to burn I just see NTSC-U
Can you run 60hz? What're you outputting from your Dreamcast, VGA?

I'm not sure I can because I can only use the RF output :/
