Selfboot GDI Tutorial tools pack searching

Hi, i've found a tutorial here for GDi selfbooting by tuxthewise:

Here are 2 of them that tux posted in the snesorama thread...
One file is the list organizer tux created.
The other file is IPBIN4WIN by Hartec/Dextrose
