Forum Rules (Please Read)

Hello people of DC-Talk!
If this is your first time browsing the forum I want to thank you for registering. For everyone else I want to thank you for taking the time to read our first official rules. After such a long time with no posted rules we thought it would be a good idea to put something in writing. Most of these are pretty basic and nothing out of the ordinary. Any questions or concerns? Just post here.
1. No Spam. This will result in a permanent ban.
2. No Harassment. Personal attacks will not be tolerated via posts or PM's.
3. No Nudity (cartoon or otherwise) or Pornographic Content. Ban.
4. You May Not Edit Your Posts To Be Blank. This Destroys Topic Continuity. This will result in a warning.
5. Your First Post Cannot Be Promoting A Crowdfunding Campaign Or Product. You May Not Join With the Sole Intention OF Promotion. The purpose of this is to prevent scams. There are exceptions to this rule if you're an established developer. PM me after you join if you're worried about this.

- *Dreamcast related ISO's only (no other consoles) But PC ports such as Max Pool and 4x4 are allowed because they can play online with DC
*No Commercially Available Games. e.g. Indie DC Games that you can still purchase from the Developers. An addendum to the rule above: Quake III PC not allowed because it is still commercially available.
