Just download the Soul Fighter game and check if your monitor supports 15khertz using your VGA cable.

I've no way to test 15khz! Did this silly game get modified to take 31..?

I found a monitor with 480i support, this is SAMSUNG SyncMaster 940N
now I need to redo the cable on my OG XBOX and I can finally play on the monitor

yep, 940N and 740N have same scaller
