what was the name of this N64 Game ? Help

HI Guys need help trying to remember an old game from the 90s , game was where everyone raced around trying to fire missiles at each other , and no it was not Diddy Kong Racing or Mario Kart , One Level was in side a giant ice cube like stage. It was a knock out elimination game

hey guys believe it or not ,
IT WAS DIDDY KONG RACING 64 , So do not remember the lap racing , I just remember the battle mode , I just assumed it was just battle mode kart game , so the idea of RACING in the title made no sense to me lol
