Need help with windows xp graphics card

Hi all i want to start off by saying i have very limited knowledge of building a pc so i need any help i can get.
Heres what im trying to do. I have a an old ibm think centre with xp and i want to install a cheap graphics card that would be compatible. Im looking to spend less than $100 and I heard a 750 ti might be a good option. Also wondering how complicated it would be for a novice to install it? Thanks for any help!
