Just noticed this was posted on Facebook from Romhacking, https://www.romhacking.net/translations/5773 looks to be pretty well done. I tried to go about patching the translation onto my GDI image, but, psh, this is beyond my skill set.

Japanese name for the game is Ao no 6-gou - Saigetsu Hito o Matazu - Time and Tide

Rolly who is a member here is the project head for this translation. Here is the link to his site.

They have released gdi and cdi versions of the translation.

The DLC are in data down on the website ?
[EDIT] : There are 4 files in .DCI format ? It's a vmu file ?
[EDIT2] : There are 2 0GDTEX.PVR, it's a choice to select our favorite ? or they are both used ?

As I wrote in the Readme. The DLC (VMI+VMS) is also in the DPWWW folder and can be downloaded without internet connection from the "Internet" option.
DCI files in the page archive are also saves for VMU.

The Dreamcast truly is an magnificent platform with an even greater community. Great job to all those involved, really happy seeing yet again an awesome translated game getting out there!
