So, what exactly is this?
The Youtube video was taken down unfortunately so that doesn't help me.
It's in .iso format so it obviously can't be played as is, at least not on a dreamcast emulator or real hardware without some re-tooling. I tried to make it into a .cdi from mounting the iso but had no luck there either.
