no color only yellow image signal

i have a dreamcast that is outputting a yellow signal and it missing the blue color. i try cleaning out the a/v port pins. re-soldier the pins and also remove and added new soldier for better contract and still having a yellow image without the blue signal out my a/v port. i am useding a vga box and a kaico vga-a/v out to hdmi.
